Even pre-Trib teachers are beginning to look for him. Yes, they look even while they are telling you that you should not be looking for him, because you are to be looking for Christ in the Rapture.

A recent article in the Los Angeles Times and Yahoo News was headlined, “Why America’s Record Godlessness is Good News for the Nation.”

You may want to read it to get the flavor. In it, it states: “The secularization of U.S. society—the waning of religious faith, practice and affiliation—is continuing at a dramatic and historically unprecedented pace. While many may consider such a development as a cause for concern, such a worry is not warranted. This increasing godlessness in America is actually a good thing, to be welcomed and embraced.”

They try to tell us how that can be good, obviously because their side appears to be winning. But if you are still a believer in God’s word. What they are saying is an Antichrist position leading to the coming of the AntiChrist. The only good thing about that is that Jesus will destroy him at His coming.

Today, only about a quarter of Americans believe that the Bible contains the actual word of God. Many more believe the Bible is a collection of fables, written by men.

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) recently proclaimed concerning God’s will, that it was of no concern to this Congress. Remember the liberals want God kicked out of the Pledge of Allegiance because it might offend, and considering these stats it probably does. This is not your fathers America. At their convention in 2012 they voted on taking God out of their Democrat platform. Now they make every effort to force the rest of the nation to abandon God. The liberal education system has done its job. The article says:

“The organic secularization we are experiencing in the United States is a progressive force for good, one that is associated with improved human rights, more protections for planet Earth, and an increased socio-cultural propensity to make this life as fair and just as we can—in the here and now—rather than in a heavenly reward that fewer and fewer of us believe in.”

The last line of this statement supports what we see happening. God cannot be pleased with the direction of this nation and the world today. Christians should be looking for the Antichrist.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no one in any way deceive [or] entrap you, for [that day will not come] unless the apostasy comes first [that is, the great rebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians], and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction [the Antichrist, the one who is destined to be destroyed], 4 who opposes and exalts himself [so proudly and so insolently] above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he [actually enters and] takes his seat in the temple of God, publicly proclaiming that he himself is God. There is no need to argue that we are already seeing the falling away from the faith as the statistics indicate, but where is the Antichrist?
