The obvious answer is yes, simply because each day we see and learn of things of which scripture speaks concerning end time events.

Our real question then involves just exactly what is yet to come?

The other question involves us. Are we understanding scripture correctly? In Revelation 12 we learn that Satan’s actions in the end are first to be directed toward the woman who birthed the man child. He is obviously Christ, and she is obviously Israel. And then after that attempt to destroy Israel; than he will attempt to destroy her offspring. No one seems to adequately tell us just who these offspring really are.

The following is a quote:

“The five figures mentioned in this chapter are the woman who symbolizes Israel, the ten-headed dragon who represents Satan, the male child who is Jesus, Satan himself as the fourth figure, and the offspring of the woman, is referring to the people of Israel. [But, why would that be? If there is protection for Israel, would that not include her people? Israel, is not Israel without her people]. The following chapter will introduce the last two major characters, who are among the most infamous in all of Scripture: the Antichrist and the False Prophet.”*

But as I said above: since when does Israel not represent her people? How then are her offspring not included with Israel, if they are the people of Israel? Jesus certainly is an offspring, of Israel, but He was already taken into heaven.

Rev12:6 the woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.

The woman symbolizes Israel, yet Israel the nation cannot be moved. Therefore it must be her people who are taken to the wilderness for protection. Buildings don’t move, temples don’t move, but her people who will not be destroyed will move. They will flee — 1/3 of them, as 2/3’s will be destroyed (Zach 13:9). So who then are these offspring? Jesus was the only begotten son sent to redeem from the world a harvest, which would be gathered as wheat into the barn. From Gods people Israel disciples were chosen by Jesus, who was also from the lineage of David. These were men from Israel who would produce a spiritual offspring for Israel from the world.

Revelation 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom (dominion, reign) of our God, and the authority of His Christ have come; for the accuser of our [believing] brothers and sisters has been thrown down [at last], he who accuses them [and] keeps bringing charges [of sinful behavior] against them before our God day and night. 11 “And they overcame [and] conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life [and] renounce their faith even when faced with death. (AMP)

If you or I want to make these people to be someone other than ourselves; than just who will we be if the Rapture is Post, and not pre? And who else could they possibly be?

You say: but the word “church” is not mentioned on earth during the Tribulation, and I would challenge you to find it (the word church) mentioned in Heaven during the Tribulation. But after the Tribulation the word says:

Revelation 19:7 “Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” (NASB1995)

And then after this, but not by mistake, John told us as he was told:

Revelation 19:10 Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (NASB1995)

So, who are John’s brethren, who hold the Testimony of Jesus. Those who overcome Satan with the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony?

Are you among these brethren? If not just who do you identify with? And if you conclude that these are your brethren who are in Christ, and if some of these die in Christ; then how do you get Raptured before they will be resurrected?

1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. (NASB1995)

We will not precede those who have fallen asleep.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of [the] archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. (NASB1995)

Ponder these things, my brethren.
