We are going to look at just how confusing salvation can become when trying to differentiate between the belief that there are two different gospels being taught within New Testament Scripture.  The belief is that: One is for the Jews and it is taught before Paul (Saul) is saved and later given a different gospel for the Church. This former belief for Israel therefore is to be the gospel of the Kingdom; the other is later to have been taught by Paul for the Gentiles as the gospel of Grace.

We have dealt with this before, but the lack of gaining any kind of unity causes me to revisit this understanding.  For part of the confusion revolves around repentance.  The question that I show next is one that needs to be seriously considered and understood.  I’m giving you the questions followed by the short video teaching.  Keep the questions in mind as you listen to and decipher the teaching.  Others will have questions of this teacher. We will include those.

Mark, the teacher has taught here that repentance was only required of the Jews under the gospel of the Kingdom.  He answers this question from angelbeth in the following comment.

That’s his answer.  Is it satisfactory?   So, my question of Mark is as follows:

@rufitmotivationalministries  what exactly are you teaching here?  Are you saying that we can ignore everything that Jesus stated as being (having been) for the Nation Israel?  So we can just go our own way because we believe that He is everything that Paul says that He is?   Paul writes it, I believe it and that gives me eternal salvation?  I’m not sure what you are trying to say the differences are between the requirements for Israel (the Jews) and us gentiles.  Are you saying that the Apostles did not ever enter the Church, until Paul gave them the understanding of grace in his gospel?  You are confusing me brother. Help me here.

Ok you now need to hear this teaching clip:

So, you’ve heard from our teacher Mark, just what Paul said here. What Paul is teaching is as he said according to the Scriptures: thus says Mark, but I’m not seeing “according to the Scriptures” as Mark is applying his own teaching here, which is him trying to make Paul the only one, who is made aware of some new gospel taught as resulting from Grace.  In fact what Paul stated here at the time must be considered to be according to The O.T.  because there was only that Scripture available then.  Jesus had fulfilled O.T. Scripture, for the salvation of all mankind.

So let us go back to our question:

Mark had answered this his way above; and then I posted this answer to angelbeth   “good point, and we also see here Jesus teach the Jews        John 3:18  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (KJV)

So we know that Jesus taught the Jews the same “belief” without baptism in His message that Paul is seen to be later teaching in the passage that Mark used, so according to these passages baptism was not necessary for their (the Jews) salvation either?  The thief on the cross was not baptized.  Mark is obviousy wanting us to believe otherwise?   I think the baptism is only an indicator that we intend to follow Christ. It’s like a first step in the following.  Jp  raptureonline.blog

This was my response to angelbeth’s question. But what is behind this?

Today there is this necessity on the part of the pre-Trib movement to keep Israel out of the Church.  The effect of doing such is to actually remove them from their own promised new covenant. The methodology for doing this is to assure us that salvation for the Jew and the nation Israel is contained within a different method of salvation. For Mark it’s a different gospel for us than it is for them. But all of Dispensationalism will see a different methods of salvation for Israel; different than the new heart promised in their new covenant, which Jesus provided and we are saved by.

Where this leads can be at the very least confusing, as it is here; especially when we are studying a word topic such as salvation.  But this teaching at the worst can allow Israel to remain separated from their Messiah, with a false sense of security.  For the Dispensational church and the Jews still view Israel as being the Chosen. And yes God is going to save her; but 2/3 of the current nation is said to be purged (killed) before Jesus will return. So for the individual Jew in Israel today read your messianic Scriptures:

Zechariah 13:8 “It will come about in all the land,” Declares the LORD, “That two parts in it will be cut off [and] perish; But the third will be left in it. (NASB1995)

The confusion comes in, which is not of the Lord, and it is to keep believers separated. Even as we are seeing the results of its evolution as discussed here.  Further it requires us to ignore other obvious truths in order to accept the tenets that Mark and many others of dispensational faith have accepted.

Consider here: what is Jesus teaching that is different from Paul’s gospel?

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (KJV)

How is this considered to be teaching a kingdom message rather than grace?

Read the entire 3rd chapter of John’s gospel; Is their conclusion made because of a missing word- grace?  But the kingdom is also missing here, from Jesus teaching – isn’t it.

Not only Jesus teachings, but His actions go into presenting to us salvation’s gospel of God granting us grace.  And without either one (His words or His actions) God’s grace would likely be lost and we would be left with only our own efforts to earn rather than seek what He told us to seek, and to find what He told us to find, and to knock for what we needed Him to open?  Think about it.

The gospel that saved you is taught by this twist in Dispensations to be as this preacher wants you to believe. Not as the Scripture depicts it to be.

Remember and I’m quoting one of my favorite pastors: “if everyone agrees with you where is the iron that sharpens iron?”  Pastor Steven Kirk

But, will our divisions ever cease?  Thy Kingdom Come; Thy will be done.

Go and make disciples of “all nations”.  Yes Jesus said this to His Jewish disciples. Was this to make all nations Jewish. It was only if Israel is part of the Church?

Paul was known to go to the gentiles and Jews (the Jews First).  But, so was Peter, in Acts 10, when he went to Cornelius these gentiles were saved and given the Holy Spirit in the same way as the Jews, in order to testify to Peter to that one fact: that is Jesus Church includes both Jews and Gentiles. And Peter later used that same experience; he had had with Gentiles, to testify to his Jewish brethren that it is the belief in the  grace of God that makes us one and not the law (not circumcision).

The law is a teacher not a unifier; for only believing the truth can unify us. The coming kingdom on earth is for God’s people (all of us) saved by God’s grace, as it (the law) is written on the circumcised heart of the believer.

In the early church when in Antioch the matter of the circumcision came up sending Paul and Barnabas to the apostles in Jerusalem.  They were not sent to determine if they wanted to supersede or to depart from a kingdom gospel.  In fact if Paul thought that he had a new gospel that was different for the gentiles, and if he believed that (These Jews) had been saved under a kingdom gospel (a different gospel); then why did he not just tell them to continue with their effort to establish the Kingdom for Israel, while he would go to only the Gentiles.  So what then were he and Barnabas there in Jerusalem to prove?

The question was brought up among the Jews within the Church, and Paul and Barnabas though they opposed the requiring of Circumcision, still, the authority within the Church to decide would be the Apostles in Jerusalem.

The thing not understood by two gospel Dispensationalists is that  The apostles as a group were the authority appealed to here (not Paul, nor any other one Apostle).  There is no way that Paul brought a new Gospel either before or at this time.  The Holy Spirit has led in the past for Peter to know and now to bring understanding to the question of how salvation is dispensed by the Father. And neither circumcision nor baptism is necessary, but instead belief supported by actionable faith, as was the faith of even Abraham.

The creation of two Gospels, by which we must be saved is nowhere to be found in scripture as it is presented by Mark.  In fact, Paul said that to preach another gospel one would be accused.  And he stated this to be the case for man or Angel.  In other words: don’t do it Mark.

But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.“
Revelation 2:4-5

The repentance stated here is for the Church, which Mark says does not need to repent, but only believe. But Jesus says: if you don’t repent I’ll remove your lamp stand.
