Now understand I’m not asking if you would vote for a crook, for that happens all of the time in American elections. But will you vote for a convicted Felon?
I respect Mike Davis, and his legal opinions. If he is correct we will likely be voting for an imprisoned convict on the Republican ticket for President in 2024. Yes his name is Donald J. Trump. For Davis says that Trump if convicted (and likely he will be ); then he has no chance for concluding an appeal in front of the Supreme Court before the 2024 election. So this litigation is about nothing more than the elimination of Trump from the Republican ticket. In other words it’s just another way of stealing an election that we can add to the many ways already employed by the Deep State.
But the interesting thing coming out of all of this is that Trump’s defense of these charges should allow him to present all of the information in court that we have been asking to have presented to prove the Election Fraud case.
They are charging Trump with knowing that he had lost the election and somehow stirring the public to an insurrection over what he knew was a lie.
So in any fair and equitable handling of a defendant’s right to defend himself by any fair Judge; then in Trumps case he would be allowed to show why he did feel that the Elections in several swing States were illegal, and therefore stolen. This would be his sole defense against such charges. Will this defense be allowed: probably not, but it matters not for by not allowing it, it will give grounds for appeal. What David makes the case for is this: the theft of another election is more important than having a ruling go against this prosecutor and this Judge in one or two years after the election.
Davis says that the only chance we have of overturning this injustice is to elect Trump to office where he can pardon himself?
So will you vote for a convict? What happens to your country if you don’t?
