When you view this photo taken of the Olive tree Ministries site, what might stand out to you?

Just in case you missed it. Dispensational pre-Tribulation second coming doctrine is established on a very few scriptures. One being “no man knows the day or the hour”. Therefore it has been taught for decades that Jesus could “come at any moment”, even before “you see the day approaching”.

The question being asked here: “Are some ‘changing their tune’ as they watch the tide of our times worsen?”, could be the epitome of fact twisting. I know what they are getting at, but they picked the wrong guy to send this email to. There are other statements within this very email that reveals their past failure to discern the truth of scripture on the Second Coming.

Here again there is a display of their former failure to properly discern the scriptures concerning the events of the last days, which events told them that even though they will not be able to discern the day or the hour of His coming, that still they will know when His coming is near. Here they include persecution of Christians, and apostasy in the church. The first condition was obviously being denied as a prerequisite if Christ could have come imminently or at any moment. The second in the past having been twisted to mean the Rapture rather than a falling away before Christ comes.

1 Thessalonians 5:4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; (NASB1995)

It’s not my purpose to out other Christians, but to clarify the biblical message concerning our times. And everything that I can see and discern from scripture tells me that we believers are here as a body for the duration with a mission. And yes it does appear that we are approaching Tribulation’s time, but the sign of Antichrist will still be the final sign turning on the imminent return meter on God’s time clock.
