As I was listening to Charlie Kirk interview Dinesh D’Souza in the podcast I’m sharing today, the above question hit me. And then another thought hit me: why should we think it could be otherwise? Preachers like to say that God is in control, but even God has shown so often how He must confront even His own chosen people to bring us back to the reality of our rebellion against what we know to be right.

For this reason Paul tells us to put on the whole armor, and that armor is totally dependent on God’s truth. Satan is a liar, and the father of lies. Truth is somewhere hidden under and sometimes even in the midst of those lies.

If we are searching out truth, our first source beyond prayer to God is to seek out known truth tellers. Witnesses are most often impeached by their past reputation. Trump was an anomaly. His reputation was not good. He had basically been a Democrat, and true to their way of doing things. Somewhere along the way he determined that our path was a wrong one. Many of us reluctantly agreed with him, thinking just maybe we should give him the benefit of the doubt. We agreed with his stated agenda, and he delivered. The questions arose even before the upcoming 2020 election concerning election Fraud. Trump argued against expansion beyond the law of mail-in ballots. Most conservatives agreed with him. And then there was CoVid and the ongoing fiasco that that created.

◦ All of this became suspicious because Trump himself had been put through the ringer for most of his 4 years because there was accusation of his collusion to steal the 2016 election with Russia. Now we had evidence that the Bidens were in the pockets of the CCP, and that Wuhan China was the source of the virus. China had been bridled by Trump with tariffs and the bringing back to America of both essential and nonessential production fro China; therefore China had every reason to assist Biden in the defeat of Trump in the 2020 election. Couple all this with the News Media’s refusal to report on any of the evidence brought forth, and you had conspiracy possibilities. Call it what you want but where there is smoke there is usually fire.

◦ Then the election took place and the smoke thickened. The smoke is basically evidence that there may be fire and danger. So when these things were seen the prudent began looking for the fire. The nay sayers also looked, but their interest was only to disburse the smoke with their efforts. They actually opened other windows creating drafts, which only served to further oxygenate and fuel the fire.

They (the Dems) had actually questioned the validity of election machines and their vulnerability back in the Bush and Obama years. More smoke and fuel were then added to this situation when the votes counting was stopped after midnight and Republican observers sent home, in several state precincts, where Trump had been leading, and while counting was stopped, there was evidence that counts were changed or voted added during these shut downs. Thus it makes perfect sense that voting machine issues would be again looked into. There was opposition to every effort further adding smoke and fuel. Video evidence from a major Philadelphia precinct was obtained showing ballots being entered while vote counting was stopped.

None of this is actually addressed in the film 2000 Mules, but much of it has been part of the State legislature investigations still ongoing in states such as Arizona and Michigan. Litigation is ongoing in other states.

Nothing has been settled on the Election Steal, but neither has the smoke subsided. There is only more as time has progressed.
