But we must digest all of His words in context. Too much focus on one concept can block us from learning from Holy Spirit, our teacher. I submit this with that charge. Learn and He will check us where needed.

1 Timothy 4:1, 4, “… in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons … And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
I’ve made statements in past articles concerning a possibility that Antichrist may not control every nation, when he does come. One evidence that I have used is found in Daniel where this world leader is encamped between the sea and the holy Citi, and receives troubling news from the east. What we know about the east from Revelation is that a 200 million army will cross a dried up Euphrates River in the days of the Antichrist. Don’t know about you but if I was facing such an army that would surely be unnerving, troubling.
Well I have run across a very interesting older article from ICA whom I follow. He writes on his site: Midnight Watch. If you believe as I do in a Post Tribulation Rapture, then this could be a more encouraging read. I gleaned some hope from it especially for America. Once you read it to the end then you may join me in that hope; although I must say it is a guarded hope. I would be especially interested in your thoughts on this one. The article is a bit long, so make sure that you set aside a chunk of time to digest it. An hour or less for most will do. I believe it will be worth it. Keep in mind this need not cancel out the potential for the U.S. having potential to in the end being Mystery Babylon. Mystery Babylon is a world economic power, which in the end does fall.
