Season 1 episode one: I did not get halfway through this episode before the thought hit me: how can God allow such evil to be in the presence of His chosen. Yet He did. In fact as we are seeing He does.
Just as the Germans were monsters toward the Jews. Today the Islamists are pure evil toward both the Christians and the Jews where ever they rule.
In the 1940’s Out of all the death around them there were those among the Jews, who would do most anything for survival. Thus The tattooist was born. At least The Tattooist had a conscience unlike some of his peers, who would do anything such as what George Soros had done. No his character was not present; but his type of evil was very present. Just ask him, for his testimony of those days.
Unlike him, the Tattooist would smuggle food to those in his escaped old barracks. Yes he became the Tattooist in order to escape and survive, but not without a plan.
You need to watch this.
So why did I start a post like this. Well I had to tell you that the same world, the same evil, and the same God who has allowed it all, has also come into this world to offer you and I a way not to escape this world, but to escape the wrath that is coming for the evil that is in this world. We can either trust Him to bring us through this present evil just as it exists or we can take our chances and burn with the George Soros’ of this world, who refuse to trust this One; God’s Christ. We can think that God will remove us before this evil approaches our doorstep, and maybe some will die without facing it, but many have not. The Islamists are maybe worse than the Germans.
Oh they did die, but at the hand of evil monsters. If they come for you will you stand for Jesus? Will you look upon death as being set free to soar as did Simeon after seeing Jesus? This is what Spurgeon had to say of him:
Remember, Simeon was old. He was in the Lords service.
“Simeon looked upon dying as a mode of being let loose-a deliverance out of durance vile, an escape from captivity, a release from bondage.”
We too in these coming days must remember that death will equal rapture before the time of Rapture. It must be seen as a glorious coming in the midst of persecution. For endure it we must no matter the source of its coming. Today many suffer and even die for Christ. These numbers will likely increase. Tribulation will be much like those days of the Tattooist, but it will include all believers.
