Live in the Last Days.
This following is copied from one of the leading Prophetic ministries of our day. What is its meaning?
“Demonic!
The New York Post, not known as a spiritual publication, had an appropriate one-word headline—“Demonic.” That accurately summarized the end-time fight we are in. Satan is making his last stand before the church is taken in the rapture, which removes believers from this sin-wracked, violent world.
But this is today’s progressive movement: twisted and evil. What a reminder that the last days will be as the days of Noah!”*
My question is always: who do we think Jesus was speaking to, when we read of last days happenings, such as the days of Noah cited here.
In both Matthew 24 , and in Mark 13, Jesus is speaking of gathering the elect AFTER the days of Darkness and before His Coming. The problem is, that the Days of darkness is AFTER the Sun Moon and Star events. For it is they, that are extinguished throughout the whole earth, creating such darkness.
These heavenly signs as well as the days of Noah are what we are to be looking for. For it is the signs that point to the coming Messiah. And yes although the Jews expect their Messiah in this day they have no idea of what these chapters in Scripture say. They expect Him to return to a Temple, which they are right now planning to rebuild in Jerusalem. And guess what: the one who comes and who sets himself up there, will be the one and only Antichrist. At least 2/3 of the nation Israel will likely accept this one; for that is the number of those Israelis who will be destroyed.
Zechariah 13:8 “It will come about in all the land,” Declares the LORD, “That two parts in it will be cut off [and] perish; But the third will be left in it. (NASB1995)
This purging comes to Israel because they have ignored their Messiah and accepted covenant with the Antichrist to bring them which survive to understand and to call upon their true Messiah as seen in Hosea chapter 5. For He has gone away for two Days (2000) years, (2 Peter: 3:8), and He will return when that call is made:
Hosea 5:15 I will go away [and] return to My place Until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face; In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me. (NASB1995)
Hosea 6:2 “He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, That we may live before Him. (NASB1995)
Luke 13:32 But he said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Look, I am casting out demons and performing healings today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will complete my work. (NET)
If you read on in Luke from the time when Jesus said this; then you will see that Jesus lived on and performed Miracles perhaps months beyond when He sent this message to “that Fox”. So what else can its meaning be, other than a reference to God’s own 1000 year days.
Considering all of this can Matthew 24 and Mark 13 truly be meant for only this Jewish remnant, who will only be enlightened and motivated to call on Him because He is their only hope of survival and salvation from an entire world of nations who have turned against them. Yet the signs given for “the elect” are now complete, when this call is sent up from a purged Israel as a fulfillment of Jesus own words:
Matthew 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. (KJV)
Jesus will not be seen again by Israel until Tribulation is over and done. In the meantime the elect, who are given and are watching the signs given are being warned and are given signs in Matthew 24 and in Mark 13, to observe, which will give assurance of His coming. A coming which will be imminent only at the time of the occurrence of these signs. Signs which are now occurring.
So, who are the Elect reading about and watching for these signs🪧? For these elect cannot yet (not now) be Israel, who will not read nor will they even understand just who their Messiah is; not until the very end of the days of their coming purging.
You are among these elect. Hold on to your faith.
Titus 1:1-3. Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; 3 But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; (KJV)
