This is true even for us grandparents. Have You Heard as I have: “I will have my kids vaccinated” Not Interested in Your Opinion?  

At the time I was told that; “vaccination” was not even on the table of things being discussed concerning me.  Or at least I didn’t think it was. What that made me realize was this: you are not being effective with your communication.  It took such a blow to awaken me. What I heard I needed to hear: what i need to do is,’ just quite acting like an expert “a know it all” and try giving them love, with the facts.  

I know that they want what I want for their children, even though somehow I have caused them to think me a fool.  I accept full responsibility for that thinking on their part.  So this is perhaps a final effort (one never knows) to influence those, who are not yet thinking about the potential severity of their “uninformed consent”.  To those who think me to be a fool; please don’t allow your children to be injured, just because of what you think of me.

Please listen to what I’m sharing from this pediatrician.  He has what I don’t always have: evidence.  Use this only as information to affect your decision with your children.  Informed consent involves considering the evidence.

While I’m at it. Also I beg you hear this. Your little ones are in their formative years. Some are beyond those years.  Do you know what they believe?  It is likely a reflection of what someone else has taught them.  For those still being formed you may yet have something to do with what they believe.
