If GOD Had written OUR NAMES IN THE BOOK OF LIFE FROM Before THE Foundation OF THE EARTH; then those who would live to make up just Revelations recorded numbers of Saints would need to equal a very large number.  So what?, you may be saying.

Well you will find that this number, which no man can count, will be the real puzzle.  Everything must be based on the biblical teaching concerning the Rapture.  Do you agree?

So, His coming, therefore could not have been imminent in the first century as some suggest.  Why, because there is a great crowd of saints, an enormous crowd. One that cannot be numbered and it alone makes this teaching of the imminent return erroneous, unless the Tribulation is well beyond the Apostles days.

Revelation 7:9  After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and [all the] tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches [were] in their hands; (NASB2020)

And just who are these that no man can count?

Revelation 7:14  I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (NASB2020)

So my friend, if just those who come out of the great Tribulation are too many to count; then just how many more than even these do you suppose will have known the Lord prior to the coming of the seven years of Tribulation?  So a pre-Trib definition of imminent is not logical.  There likely have not been enough people until recently to have numbers not calculable as are such numbers as are coming out of Great Tribulation.

Once you have heard Ken Spicer’s argument; then return here, for there is more to be considered.

Ken Spicer on Instagram: “‘Tis the season!

I want you to clear your head so that you can concentrate.

First, you need to know that Jesus fulfills three feasts when He returns, one is the feast of trumpets (the Rapture). It is days before His coming in Judgment at the feast of Atonement.

Secondly, concerning Imminence. There are some things that we know about the 7 years of Tribulation.  One is that aside from the Jews there are not to be very many who will repent during this period of time. We know that Jews are saved, because this is the time of Jacob’s trouble leading to Israel’s salvation.  We also know from Zechariah that 2/3rds of the nation of Israel will parrish before this will happen.  Were this year to be the year for the start of tribulation there may be as many as 11 or 12 million Jews left to be Saved worldwide after Zachariah’s purge.

ChatGPT does have some good uses.  Here are two:

Now let’s explore just how many people are possible for one man to count.  You will see why in a minute.

The second question that I asked was this:

You can see that the greatest reasonable answer would be a number greater than 920 million.  There are estimated 2.3 to 2.6 billion Christian’s on earth now. No they will not all make it, but more than one man can count will.

So we need more than 900 Million Gentiles in order to make this a number in Rev. 7:14 that is greater than man could reasonably be able to count.

Also we know that according to Dispensational theology that when Tribulation begins the time of the Gentiles is basically over. But this great number coming out of Great Tribulation requires mega numbers of gentiles saved during Tribulation in addition to all the Jews saved, this number in fact is required saved during Tribulation if you think that the Rapture occurred prior to the start of the Tribulation.  Not to bust anyone’s bubble but nothing in the Revelation indicates a great revival among Gentiles during Tribulation, In fact, the Word says of the world during these days that judgment came and it comes in many ways from God, But that men will refuse to repent. In fact, it says that they would not repent. So this is somewhat a dilemma, because with mostly Jews being saved during these 7 years, it would be extremely difficult to have a multitude that no man could number saved during that time.

Where then could those multitudes come from, who will make up such a number?  There is only one other place from which such large numbers could possibly come. Where is that.  It likely will be from the existing body of believers who are in Christ now or who are present just before the Tribulation begins.  Only if all, who are presently slated to be Raptured, are added to the saved that are listed in the Revelation to be saved, could we possibly reach the number of Tribulation saints recorded in Revelation 7:14.

Should you research the answers to my questions from Revelation itself there is no way to conclude otherwise without adding to The Word of God stated there.  Taking it as it is stated actually requires that you at least consider the answers that I have stated.  Because, without another “legitimate answer” to this dilemma other than my own, hopefully you would need to see just how wrong the pre-Trib answer to our future would be.

In a way this gives me a great deal of hope, yes even blessed hope.  For even amid the Tribulation itself, and even with all the death that will occur, still there is this great multitude of saints coming out of it.  Meaning that God will provide.  He will give all who ask for His grace to endure what is to come the power to endure it.  And there will be no greater reward than to be standing in this great multitude when He returns.

Even so, come Lord Jesus.
