Sometimes the best answers that we have are not good enough. But, this question certainly requires answers, because this is where we are today.  Justice is a precious thing. God loves justice. Our founders understood this. Why, because they came from a world where there had been oppression and injustice against their God given right to believe differently than the King’s edict.  Or differently then the Kings chosen religion from which his edicts arose. They had lived under tyranny.  Tyranny spells injustice.

But the governments perceived right to impose injustices on the people in this country came about seemingly so quickly.  Whereas it took much dialog and debate and even a war.  All this over the experiences covering a good deal of time under tyrannical authoritarian forms of government  in order to agree that this nation would be ruled under a Republic form of government, it has seemed to have taken only less than two decades to overturn that.  But although we have only awakened to what is now seen as tyranny; it is not new.  And the war that we encounter today is psychological, and so we just ignored it, until we could no longer do so.

In a republic 99% of the people cannot enslave the 1%.  Under a democracy 51% rules. The constitution is written to protect the 1% from the rest.  This means that you have the right to believe whatever you like.  And our constitution gives you the right to even express your belief and debate its value.  Your rights do not include the right to physically harm another. The 1% has the right to walk away from debate with the 99 and still hold to their own beliefs.

Justice in a republic is the protection of an individuals rights within the laws which are to be aimed at protecting the individual within the society from harm intentionally done by another whether that other is an individual or group of individuals.

Within our constitution the individual has no right to impose his position on others, just because his rights are protected, because his rights are no more protected than the others about him.

So an injustice is physically harming another.  This is why abortion had always before the 60’s been illegal.  This is why closing down a street in the center of a busy city for prayer or protest required a permit, otherwise it was breaking the law.  This was to be administered so as to not violate the rights of anyone.

The Supreme Court was charged with determining the constitutionality of a law.  Lower courts decisions were judged by this standard based on individual rights and the Constitutionality of the imposition of the law.

All of this went to establish the foundation for justice.  When it was ignored in the 60’s by the highest court in the land’s  decisions over prayer and Bible reading and then later Abortion; it was then that our troubles truly had begun. From that time forward liberals among us saw that they could impose their opinions on the rest of us by simply controlling government and the narrative, which was to change our governance to call for Democratic rule as a Democracy. This allowed for majority rule over the minority, which violated our Constitution then even as it does now. This in turn has set up the playing field for injustice.

The Progressives in government have determined that they could seemingly do and get away with anything so long as they could maintain a perceived majority. This was made easy once they gained the media.  So this control has given the appearance of a more recent change in the administration of justice. For that control is a newer happening. They promote the Democracy concept, which in the end is just another form of tyranny supporting one world governance.  They have in recent years felt empowered to discriminate when wielding out their unconstitutional injustice.

They were able to install as president a mentally incompetent individual whose office they stole, and then abused that stolen power. They attempted to unjustly prosecute and imprison as many political prisoners as possible in order to instill fear in the rest of them.  They began this process with the J6 “insurrection” which they were able to propagandize as the worst thing to happen to the country since 9/11 or even Pearl Harbor or the civil war.

It was in-fact the worst thing from a personal freedom point of view.  Individually rights were denied. They were denied changes in venue; they were denied bail; denied the video tapes that in many cases exonerated them to even be able to review.  Denied certain other legal process. They were denied the right to freely express their views.

It’s time to reinstate Justice for All, and hold these accountable for their crimes who have actually broken the law of the land. They deserve only their right to a fair trial in front of a jury of their piers if their acts are deemed to not be those of traitors.  Otherwise they need to go before a Military Tribunal.
