Trump, could have rebutted what she said by stating:
If we only had kept track of the multiple 10’s of thousands of unaccompanied children, who have crossed the borders under Biden / Harris perhaps then we could return them to their parents and release many of them from their sex trafficking captors – thus allaying their present fears. As to these others they have no fear so long as they allow the remainder of us to have our right to the God given freedom of speech and also, of course, our freedom to personally refuse to enter into their chosen lifestyle.
Budde continues:

To this Trump could have answered: most of these workers either do or should have green cards. The remainder certainly could get them and then they would not be illegal with a criminal designation placed upon them. But it is true that many of them would not have been allowed in legally, because they were and are criminals.
And then there was this from Budde:

To this Trump could answer:
There are laws for those applying for protection from their own governments, had those laws been followed by our former government officials these few among many now unverified or undocumented illegals would not now be considered illegal.
Since both your former President and I have both pledged to uphold the Constitution and its laws, your ire should better be directed to Mr Biden, for he determined to break his oath, fully knowing that the next President would likely not do so. He willingly placed these families in jeopardy, and you now ask me to shirk my duty and my oath in order to offset or cover his sins for so doing. I am not the Lord Jesus and therefore I cannot cover his sins. And I refuse to join him in the breaking of an oath made to the American people before God.
Yes, Trump could have and maybe even should have answered in this fashion. But the fact that he didn’t does not change the fact that it was his right to so state (all of this) and it is his sworn duty to follow his plan which takes all of this into consideration.
Those of you who are Christian and advocate for the same things that she does; to you I would suggest that you are just as guilty when asking of your past and present President to commit what could well be many serious illegal acts.
Unless we administer oaths of office in this country for appearances only it is a serious offense to break one’s oath. I doubt that a President convicted of such would receive anywhere near a minimum sentence.
Certainly had they been able to convict Trump of such in his first term; he would not now be President. But they could not. Even the things they claim about him almost each and every day such as the insurrection charge, they have yet to even charge him or anyone else whom they have thrown in prison with. This is why most of the voters rejected Budde and everything that she and the rest of his opposition still today stand for.
The only reason that this is about Trump is because he does not take from the advocates of a progressive platform in these United States what politicians preceding him would; because they were fearful of making their enemies angry. Trump is not.
What is so sad in our country currently is the fact that our media readily approves of our governments lawbreaking and even will insist upon it from those refusing to abide their constant appeals.
