I would ask: “Do you agree”, or better yet “Should you agree”?

He further stated that God created this world for man, and gave him authority over it.  And though, man himself, gave that away, that Jesus won it back for us in His victory over Satan.

Those involved in Dominion Theology, although I love them and for the most part they are very positive in their future outlook, but at what coast, and are they right that this is our world?

Sin has not disappeared either from our world or from our lives. They seem to believe that Jesus winning the world back from Satan was His sole purpose, and for us believers His goal was accomplished.  It was not won for man’s purposes but for God’s. We are still mortal.  Yes, we do have spiritual power over Satan, but do we use it?  Jesus has not yet taken back this earth from Satan, because we are still learning lessons the hard way.  He has not yet completed his bride, and it is His completed bride who will eventually rule with Him. We pray, some of us daily to the Father: Thy Kingdom come Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, but that prayer was taught us by our Lord to be prayed, because it has not yet been answered and won’t be until Christ returns.

Zachariah tells us of the Lords return in chapter 12-14.  It takes place only after ongoing Spiritual battles and real wars for the final salvation of man. Most of the men He created are still in the camp of the enemy. Likely over 7 billion of them.  Most will remain there.  If you are a believer you are of all men most blessed, and gifted; but you have only the authority that He gifts unto you. Dominion over this earth is His, and those to whom He gives it.  And even then sin will subvert that authority.

The events of Revelation will take place because mankind is rapidly approaching the defiance surrounding the days of Noah.

If you have been given authority use your authority well.  If it does not bring glory to God in the end it will only yield for you trouble and loss.  New age religion along with its recreation of God and His purposes can destroy those of you who engage it.
