I’ve written on this subject in the past. Sometimes I feel alone in my understanding of Holy Spirit’s teachings to me. There are so many Good Christians who teach otherwise. Yesterday I challenged Jan Markell on her understanding; who am I to do this. She is on over 900 radio stations. I am a nobody. Yes I’ve written a couple of books, but they are not well distributed.
I’ve been reading one of Jonathan Cahn’s latest books “The Dragon’s Prophecy”. Here he is speaking on Revelation 12, concerning Satan as this dragon, who first goes after Israel, and when he is unable to do to her what he wants, he turns to her offspring. Jonathan calls these offspring “The Others”. Here is what he says:

Jonathan’s commentary, continues. Note: it is very similar to what I have written previously on this passage. This message is getting out through him. Jonathan produces best sellers with his books in the Christian Market. So, understand that, If you hold to this post Trib view of the Rapture, you are not alone.

We are One new man.

I do see this slightly different. The Olive tree contains all of Israel’s past believers. Only her unbelievers over her History before Christ were cast out, so our addition to that tree makes us one, as Paul explains in Ephesians. But in Romans we are adopted sons in that tree. We are little different than the adoptions which took place of the Gentiles there in that Old Testament day. No different than those who joined themselves to that nation.
The Olive Tree had never lost the faithful, who had died in that faith, instead they were made alive in Christ, when He had visited them in paradise as the crucified savior. His resurrection from that place in paradise and His deliverance of them from the belly of the earth only makes Israel’s nation the first born within His church. “On this rock, I will build my Church”. That rock was Peters confession: Thou art the Christ (meaning “messiah”) Son of the Living God.
These things are important in God’s plan for mankind.
