Ok: I don’t know if you are keeping up with the news, but it appears based on Democrat Jamie Raskin’s statements on air that the 12th and 14 th Amendments are still in play as far as the Democrats are concerned. So, that translates for us into trouble ahead for this country.
A President cannot be prosecuted while in office, but if the Democrats can convict him of insurrection before Jan 6Th. or if they can pass legislation stating that Trump is an insurrectionist then he could not take office based upon the said legislation which is all tied to the 12th Amendment.
I had written about my hearing of this approach some time ago. My concern was then that they, the Deep State Controllers of the Progressive uniParty could not afford to allow Trump into office, knowing what he now knows about their crimes. Can they get any of this done (legislation or a trial and verdict) before Jan 6Th? This crowd can do most anything they want within a blue jurisdiction court wise. Concerning legislation we must ask: would enough Republicans join this effort? One would certainly hope not. The insurrection case is in DC, and likely would present no problem getting a jury verdict within 6 weeks in that Jurisdiction, what with their progressive judges and their liberal juries. Hold on folks, the real insurrectionists, and the real Democracy destroyers are Likely out to step once more on the will of the people.
Raskin further stated that once this takes place that the country will likely have a civil war, Martial law and congress will need body guards.
If they are able to accomplish any of this before Jan 6th? Or even Jan 20th; then look out. Even if they can’t don’t expect clear sailing. There is a Spiritual war raging within the hearts of men.
