I have written you before of Spurgeon’s thinking on these our days.  Here is this small portion of one message of his. Spurgeon brings out, as only he can do, the descernment and vision that we should expect even, as Jesus promised it to be so for us, of things to come.  Even as we are seeing and have been learning from Him Our Counselor (the Spirit Himself Who is Holy even as our Father and His Son.  It is He who gives us  glimpses of the future for this blog. 

Remember as you consider this verse that you will see Spurgeon use: a quote from Jesus telling us what is very important to Him for us. Take it in. It is not long.
