I find what’s happening in our families, in the Church, in our country and in our world to be very much in line with the teachings from both Jesus and Paul concerning last days events. 

Jesus had said concerning Satan’s kingdom, that: “a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand.”  It doesn’t take much research to conclude that Satan’s kingdom is not divided, but it instead is hard at work, dividing both the Church throughout the world and us fellow citizens in the Americans, and the world, in what could well be his last ditch efforts to rule the world. 

Certainly, we must consider whether or not Jesus pronouncement concerning Satan’s kingdom, would not also apply to a Church divided or a Country divided, or even a family divided?

There is no doubt that the Church is a divided mess today, but if enough of the Church joins with the world in advocating for Kamala and her policies, some of which are indicated in her VP choice; then we will find this divided Church being purged of all that is abominable to the Lord our God. 

Revelation 2:20  ‘But I have [this] against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants astray so that they commit [acts of] immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.  21  ‘I gave her time to repent, and she does not want to repent of her immorality.  22  ‘Behold, I will throw her on a bed [of sickness,] and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds. 23  ‘And I will kill her children with pestilence, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.  24  ‘But I say to you, the rest who are in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not known the deep things of Satan, as they call them–I place no other burden on you. It certainly appears that great tribulation has a purpose in God’s bring closure about in this His created world. 

It also appears that Satan has not yet figured out that he is playing a losing game.  Those of you who join him by approving of the actions for which he advocates, are the real losers in all of this testing that occurs in God’s creation:

James 1:12  Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which [the Lord] has promised to those who love Him. (NASB1995)
