We can look at it on the basis of the Facebook post by the one Juror, who’s guilty post was made before the jury met in deliberation. This certainly raises the possibility of a conspiracy. If one were to conclude that as being fact, they would be doing the exact same thing that Bragg did when he campaigned on “Getting Trump.” But the investigation should be conducted around this possible collaboration nonetheless.
We could also conclude that the Judicial system has failed at least in this case. Trump was denied a jury of his peers. He was denied a trial in an unbiased jurisdiction. He was denied the recusal of a judge who obviously was a Biden supporter.
These things definitely shed a bad and lastingly bad light on Americas justice system if this case is allowed to stand.
