On the way home from the golf course today on the News I heard: Biden says the verdict against Trump proves that nobody is above the law. I don’t know how a man with the character of Joe Biden could allow himself to say or even think such things, but it is exactly his own crooked ways that cause him to fear Trump so much.

I heard one of the ACLJ Lawyers, I think it was Jason Sekulow, say something like this: that now that we have crossed the rubicon from being a country led by the rule of law into a country which practices law fare against the political opposition, we likely won’t be able to stop it. For every leader once they are out of office will be arrested by their opposition party leaders. This is how banana republics work. His question then was how do we stop it?

My thought would be to first elect Trump so that he can clean the house of the government agencies where politics has driven any of their practices. Next, Congress must pass laws governing the actions of these agencies outlawing any political action, making such action reason for termination and prosecution. Thirdly, A separate House over-site committee made up of Members from each party should serve to check and balance each three letter agency when dealing with anything political. Having the heads of these agencies report directly to them on any and all activities involving government leaders.

Finally, the donations to politicians need to stop. All candidates should be given funding for campaigns of equal $$ paid by the government from tax dollars.

And then let’s make certain that no one is above the law in this country (especially our politicians). Oh, And then there is the News MEDIA. FAIR AND balanced must be the rule. Having people who are only fed one side of an issue is propaganda not news. Otherwise political editorial talk shows are fine. You don’t have to listen.

I’m sure there are holes in what I’ve stated, but only when we allow one group or party to get the upper hand politically or in the MEDIA do things become unfair and unbalanced; an frankly unjust.
