We obviously should be concerned about the direction of our nation at this juncture. But if there is retaliation, what form should it take? I’m speaking, of course, of a Trump Administration should it actually come to be, would they need to replace those who are said to be colluding against the Constitution of these United States if this election happens and it goes in Trumps favor? The answer comes as the New Administration’s are always expected to replace these leaders in the various agencies, as it really is their elected duty to do so, isn’t it? But, not all actors are political appointments. Just how far down does the corruption go? And they need more than to just be replaced. Don’t they? So what should happen to these actors, who would also be political enemies just as Trump is now such to the Biden Administration.
So what difference is it for Trump to take any upcoming action, when we are arguing that Biden has no right, now, to be doing so? Would such action not then be hypocritical, and illegal to actually bring criminal charges? How so if these actors are the true criminals; who have planned to present Trump as a criminal engaged in a conspiracy. The irony of it all they accuse Trump of what he has not done, and claim everything that they have done to be a theory.
This certainly would be the charge from the other side: That Trump should have no right to take action.
So what is the reality? First there would need to be actual evidence of any actual former collusion to take down Trump criminally because of his political threat. Without this there could be no prosecution, and there should not be any in the case of no evidence. But if there is this evidence then there must be prosecution, because without it there is no justice.
If prosecution is needed, what form should it take? What seems to be proven conspiracy on the part of many in government must be proven to be criminal conspiracy in the courts, even as it is here being claimed, and I might add that it is certainly now appearing to be just that.
What then would be required on the part of our newly elected government leaders? Would you be in favor of such criminal prosecutions of the real criminals, even should you be against Trump, because if not then you would become the conspiracy theorist.
