Prudent discerning people are God’s people. Wednesday night I sat in a men’s group in our church. I went there thinking as a believer in The Word of God, that we are entering a dangerous time in the history of our country. I sat there as one knowing that God’s Word is a person, who is called the Son of God. And knowing that: as a believer I am (you are) in-dwelt with His Holy Spirit.

Such belief does not originate inside of a man. This knowledge only comes from the indwelling His Holy Spirit sent from God to begin with. As I sat in the midst of these men of God I was hearing them speak of the tough times that are upon us. And I was impressed that we were sensing as God’s people that times right now are more serious. These times are just different now.

Our Leadership is incapable of navigating what can be expected in these days. Biden has no idea in his current state of mind what his counseled actions are meant to cause. Ideas come to him from evil men. If we as men of God are to be discerners, as Gods watchmen, of the dangers at hand; then we must trust what we hear on the inside.

I am serious when I tell you to be very connected in these days to that voice of God that dwell within you. Prudent men will take action based upon God’s wisdom coming from within. There are likely dark days ahead in this very land. You need to have extra supplies including supplies of water. I have spoken in my past posts about what this open border likely means, but now that we are beginning to engage an enemy that hates us it takes on new meaning. Don’t allow yourself to be lulled into some false sense of security. Extra canned goods and drinking supplies will not go to waste, having extra for your neighbors can not hurt. We are to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. We are always under instruction to stay tuned (connected) to God (to His voice) within us. If you are His and this word does not speak to you; then ignore it. On the other hand if what you are hearing speaks to you as you pray over it; then don’t resist the Holy Spirit within you.

Jesus stated:

John 16:13 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. (NASB2020)

This is Jesus’ promise to us for each one of our days.
