I was recently challenged over my own concern that China is rising as the U.S. is falling. My concerns are:

Is it paranoia? I seriously doubt it.  For I know that in Biblical prophecy, there is this rising eastern power, which is shown in Scripture to be a threat to what has risen up as an AntiChrist system. Some see this system as presently rising from the Muslim world. Others see it as a rising coming from Rome. Still others as the rise of Communism. The threat to this system is able to mount a 200 million man army.

This Antichrist System will be in a strong position during the endtime Scriptural scenario recorded in Daniel and Revelation.

Wars will be occurring at that time involving (Rosh) Russia, the Middle East and Israel.  Therefore nations must still be present. This Anti Christ leader is Satanically inspired against Jews and Christians. A very strong Eastern power will appear as an aggressive threat to this Antichrist leader late in that scenario of wars.  One thing that has puzzled, a lot of prophecy scholars is the fact that the United States is not involved or mentioned in these prophecies. The speculation is that we have ceased to be a power.  

As you know, wars often come about as a result of failing economic conditions. It appears to me, that not only is China having some economic problems, but so is the United States.  It also appears to me that we are now weakened militarily by the Ukrainian war. Now there is an Israeli war.  There is turmoil in the China Sea over Taiwan. And many say that it is the time for China to move on Taiwan because of our weakened and spread out military condition. At any rate, a potential war with China in addition to what we are already confronted with (my opinion) would be devastating to us.

We have drawn down our energy supply of available emergency fuel resources. We have sent much of our arms supplies to the Ukraine. Our military is somewhat weakened due to the effects of Covid policy, and the after affects of the vaccine itself on those remaining, and then there is just plain WOKENESS. I have attached an article on the rebuilding of our weapons supplies, which in someways seems to be Another factor which could place us in jeopardy. And I haven’t even, yet, mentioned the perceived weakness on the part of our leadership. Nor, have I mentioned the moral decay in the country, which throughout history, seems to cause the demise of many formerly strong nations.

Nor have, I mentioned the fact that churches have been under attack for sometime now. During Covid Walmart was open when churches were closed. And in the aftermath, there has been an ongoing attack on many denominations over the gay and lesbian gender push.  

Speaking out against such issues can be considered a hate crime under the hate crime laws. Yet, it has been the churches position throughout history to point out man’s sin, and to impart to the sinner the knowledge that due to God’s love, grace and mercy that those sins can be forgiven and that they can have fellowship with the Saints.  Our Government’s initiated hate laws basically are now opposing the gospel, and the church’s ability to reach out to these people.

My basic concern being a student of the Bible, as I believe that many of you are also: is that what we are doing is insane and very destructive to our very existence. In case you’ve not heard, pedophiles are now attempting to be associated with the gender movement. They are actually encouraging “taken” children to identify as adults. And they themselves then believe that they can identify as children in order to be able to legally traffic in the child sex trade.

Additionally among those crossing our borders are enemies of the nation. This is not a game that they are playing: not with our children. Not with our border; not with our elections; not with the propaganda; not with the law fare. This is mind control, and it is war on America and on God’s people. As a believer you may not yet have come to that realization, but if we are to win it must happen.

Pandora’s Box has been legally opened by our government.  Why would the things we see be any more ludicrous than a man identifying as a woman, and still having his genitals?  

 But even in the arena of sex change, it’s the little children, who don’t know what is happening, even they are being manipulated and mutilated by evil men, sometimes just for profit.  But we know there is a more sinister plot behind it.

So, can China cause the United States to cease to exist as a power?  We had better believe that God can allow that. I am concerned that should things continue advancing toward evil as they are; that He will do just that.  Can a loving God allow that? All you need to do is look back at history to confirm it.  Sometimes discipline, and saying no is the most loving thing that we can do for our Children. A parent who loves their child will make a judgement about that into which a child is involved, and will punish any undesired action.

God established the family and the government as the basic foundation for a society. He later promised blessings and curses based upon their actions. He established government in Israel for His people complete with the law. There are blessings and curses attached to what God expects of His people. If that was true for Israel a people who were promised the New Covenant, it certainly is true to us who have been given the New Covenant. To whom more is given more is required. The New Covenant is the promise of the new heart with God’s laws written upon it. We become His righteousness; or we become part of a godless society, and Antichrist system.
