This reminds me of a trial that I was being deposed for in Delaware back in the 80’s. I was called in as a witness to testify concerning the actions of a group of 5 body shops that had a lawsuit against Nationwide Ins. I was a Manager in their office over their auto adjusters. We were accused of directing work away from these shops because they refused to accept estimates from us where our adjusters would call for a used part, such as a fender needed for a car repair. This day they were focused on used parts being an inferior repair method. I was under oath. Their Atty. asked me if I had proof that one of these shops had itself ever used inferior quality used parts in a repair. I reached in a file and pulled out an estimate that this shop had written for all new parts, and then produced photos of that car (after its repair) revealing that it had been repaired with used parts, when we had paid them based on their estimate for all new parts.
The following happened in John Eastman’s trial yesterday:

By the way the trial in which I testified on behalf of Nationwide back in the 80’s was later dismissed by the plaintiffs. Hopefully John Eastman will have as Just an outcome, but then we know how these trials are being rigged by likely the same people who rigged the elections.
