He even has Nancy Pelosi praying for him. The problem is if one has anything against his/her brother these prayers will not be heard. Trump’s main weapon is his conspiring with his supporters who have direct connections to the God of the universe. This is a conspiracy which is universal and involves nations as well, since Believers all over the world have entered into this conspiracy. They actually go daily before the throne room of God, and they solicit the aid of Jesus. This offers Trump an unfair advantage. It is the weaponizing of Prayer. And these actions must certainly be illegal.
Good mornin to you my friend. 🙂
(I reject democrats as much as you do. But I don’t put any stock in any other political figure either).
This came to my mind mr Jerry…
Acts 12
“21 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.
22 And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
23 And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.”
Doesn’t it gall you to hear a narcissist take all of the credit to himself? Someone who claims to be a Christian, while claiming that he has never felt that he needed to seek forgiveness from God?
Maybe I’m an anomaly Jerry, but it upsets me to see someone who uses God as a prop to exalt himself.
I would LOVE it if I would hear Trump say…
“I deserve to be thrown into hell for my sins. But I called upon the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive me and save my soul. So I henceforth give all credit and glory exclusively to Him.”
(his just mentioning “God” in the one-size-fits-all sense now and then isn’t what I’m talking about Jerry).
I just wanted to share that thought with you, and I appreciate your allowing me to share it.

Your point is well taken, but do you pray for him? Not sure your example is the proper biblical example. He probably aligns better with Nebuchadnezzar. But thanks for stopping by brother Lee.

He is more pro life than our society and our current laws. This is one reason he is hated.

Hey y’all, good mornin to you both. 😀
This isn’t meant to be argumenative.
Believe however you want.
I just want to present this thought to you to maybe get you to consider some things that hadn’t really occurred to you.
.
.
.
Trump’s views about abortion and morality probably align with the pope.
(And I would guess that you’re probably not supporters of the pope. So his position on abortion doesn’t cancel out his other beliefs which are shockingly bad).
So what about the character of Trump that I mentioned above…
Does that not infuriate you that he always takes all glory to himself, while he kicks the risen Lord Jesus Christ to the curb (in favor of exalting himself)? he’s basically mr fabulous in everything that he does.
The “Christian,” who never felt that he needed to seek forgiveness from God?
Really???
It almost feels like blasphemy against God to hear statements like that.
The “Christian” who conspicuously carried a bible around during the election campaign, (but I haven’t seen him even once carry a bible after he got the prestigious job that he wanted).
The man who met privately with a heretic (Paula White) to confirm his salvation during the election campaign.
Does his behavior not suggest to you that he used “God” as a prop to get elected?
…
And you love him…really???
I could see loving him as someone who is to be pitied, someone who needs salvation. Just as you would love a lost sinner.
But to love him in admiration…
Really?
There, that’s what I wanted to present for your consideration.
I won’t argue with anyone, so whatever you respond, I’ll respect as your position, and not challenge it.
You have every right to believe however you want.
And I present my thoughts to you in kindness, and I’m not intending to be rude to you.
All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ.

P. S.
After you’ve read my comments, will you please delete them Jerry?
Because I only wanted to share these thoughts with you once.
Not leave them as a perpetual spectacle for others who aren’t an audience of who I’m visiting with.
Thanks buddy. 😀

All I can say Lee, is that if any of the Democrats running are chosen by our voters; then I would think that we are finally done as a Nation with the freedom to live our Christianity openly. The Democrats own the media, and the two will insist on joining the world with open borders with no more US constitution as we know it. As you said believe what you want, but God does raise up men to rule nations. He will give the people of the nation what they want, if it’s Dems so be it.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, and thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts with you my friend.
Now that our visit on this post has concluded, please delete all of my comments on this post.
I’m satisfied that we both have communicated what we wanted to share with each other about this.
Have a great evening buddy. 🙂

Lee, I have read your comments, and I don’t disagree with your point, that I’m sure many Christians would and do readily agree with. I think he is narcissistic at times, I think he does take credit for the accomplishments that he has made, your points there are correct. Every man will be judged for their actions when Our Lord returns. He Himself tells us that. God gives us a choice in elections, I have always said that in most elections we are choosing the lesser of two evils. Trump is a diner, but is he the greater sinner? He supports right to life; he supports nationhood, which God created, and without which we are giving in to a world court and its laws. He supports conservative agenda items reguarding property rights and freedoms outlined in our constitution. If I delete your comments it takes away the reason for others to understand why we should choose him even as the lesser of two evils. So many Christians do not vote, and God has given us that choice, but if and when the country goes the way of the world, God will judge each of us for our actions in either helping or hindering that happening. I find no fault in what you have said, and therefore I chose to reject your request. Love you Lee.

I didn’t ask for you to analyze the merits of my comments Jerry.
I merely asked you to delete them, because our conversation had finished, and I didn’t want the conversation left behind for public display.
It never occurred to me to reach you by email at that time.
I mistakenly assumed that you would honour my request.
So since you have chosen to disregard my request, there’s nothing more I have to say.
Good bye Jerry, and may you grow in the knowledge of God’s grace. 🙂

The truth is . . . There is only ONE opinion that matters, and that is God’s. As Christians, we have the responsibility of respecting our leaders, and praying for them. God is Sovereign over ALL!! He allows ungodly leaders as judgement upon a nation. He also allows leaders who may not know Him, but which He Sovereignly appoints to deliver a nation from a greater evil. This President is not perfect, or sinless. However, God has allowed him to be elected for “Such a Time as This!” Our responsibility is to pray for him, and then leave the consequences to God. This President reminds me of a modern day King Cyrus. He was not a Godly man either, but GOD used Cyrus to deliver the Israel. Our opinion doesn’t really matter, because God is Sovereign over all of this. 🙌🏼✝️🙌🏼

Thank you for this short read Jerry. It has deeply ministered to me. I’ve been in tears of repentance all day over the realization of having something against another person, and my prayers being hindered. Rather than being concerned about the splinter in someone else’s eye, we need to first remove the log from our own eye, so we can help our brother remove the sliver. God bless you dear brother. ✝️

Malinda, you don’t know how much your own words here have meant to me. I have been wondering if I should quite this blog, and just last night I asked the Lord to give me an answer. So thank you so much for openly sharing this. You are a very special sister in the Lord. Thank you dear one.

Hi Jerry, Sorry for taking so long with a response, this last week was not typical, as I’m sure it wasn’t for most?? Hope you and your family are well. During these times I believe we need to press in and share the LORD with as many as possible. We are in for some hard months ahead, and people will be hungry for the word. We need to stay strong in the LORD. I’m believing that people are going to start seeking as things worsen. There are more hard things coming, and we need to shine the light of the LORD like never before. I pray you keep the faith with your writing, it is a gift God has given you. I view you as a special brother in the LORD as well. Stay strong! Blessings to you Jerry🙏🏼✝️🙏🏼
